IN SUPPORT OF FIRST LADY MICHELLE OBAMA’S LET’S MOVE initiative against childhood obesity, commercial food service equipment and supplies marketer Central Restaurant Products has launched its first School Nutrition Equipment Guide catalog.
The title, which was unveiled March 29, sells products to help improve workflow, promote food safety techniques and encourage healthy food preparation methods in public and private K-12 school districts, colleges and universities. The more than 3,000 products available include steamers, combination ovens and food trays.
What’s more, Central Restaurant Products has added a section for school foodservice and nutrition information on its Website.
The Indianapolis, IN- based company also offers free expert solutions for any school foodservice application, such as facility workflow advice, help with state/federal grant applications and customized product recommendations.
