San Francisco-based Design Within Reach avoided potential delisting from Nasdaq after it filed its annual report for 2005. The report filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission satisfies Nasdaq’s requirements for continued listing.
For the year ended Dec. 31, the furniture cataloger/retailer lost $2.1 million on sales of $158.2 million.
