New York—The Direct Marketing Association board of directors on June 13 named Fingerhut Cos. president Michael Sherman the 2002 chairman of DMA’s international trade organization. The board also picked J. Jill Group president/CEO Gordon Cooke as vice chairman of the group. Their terms begin in October.
