Foot Locker plans European expansion

Athletic apparel marketer Foot Locker (NYSE: Z), which mails the Eastbay footwear catalog, will expand its Internet presence to Europe with the introduction of its Footlocker.com Europe division. Foot Locker’s Web business hit $100 million in sales last year, as the New York-based company used Eastbay’s existing infrastructure to grow its Foot Locker and Champs retail chains online.
