Donnelley ($2.5 million); Grand Rapids, MI-based Quimby-Walstrom Paper ($1.6 million); Greenwich, CT-based printer World Color ($868,067); Litchfield, Park, AZ-based Conklin Rose Co. ($820,388); Well, MA-based Spencer Press ($613,687); Livonia, MI-based Valassis Communications ($545,152); Zeeland, MI-based Walters Gardens ($516,195); Elk Grove, IL-based Midland Paper ($464,639); Hebron, OH-based Morrow Macke ($377,551); and New York-based Parade Publications ($348,960).
