Privately held holding company Harbour Group acquired Titusville, FL-based Eckler Industries, which sells aftermarket Corvette parts and accessories via its Eckler’s catalog. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1961, Eckler has about 100 employees and sells 18,000 items to consumers, repair shops, and dealers. St. Louis-based Harbour Group’s businesses, primarily manufacturing companies, have annual revenue of more than $1.5 billion.
