Why do you think you were chosen to be an MCM Awards judge?
Almost 30 years of testing what works and what does not work. I’ve been involved in creative, offer and merchandise testing and have been privy to many results.
What direct marketing subject could you talk about all day?
Strategic design and building a customer experience based on the higher order benefit of a brand.
What excites you most outside the office?
Outdoor adventure travels near and far.
