Seattle-based multititle mailer Celebrate Express has named Kevin Green CEO/president. Green was previously executive vice president/chief marketing officer for cataloger Lillian Vernon Corp. and managing director of its Celebrations by Lillian Vernon home-party business. He replaces cofounder Mike Jewell, who had resigned as CEO in February. Celebrate Express operates party goods merchant Birthday Express, Website Costume Express, and cataloger Storybook Heirlooms, which sells special-occasion apparel for girls.
