Fingerhut Direct Marketing recently completed a move into its new headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN. The new location houses all corporate functions as well as merchandising, marketing, credit, and information technology; Fingerhut also maintains customer service and fulfillment centers in St. Cloud, MN, and Eveleth, MN, as well as a call center in New Delhi, India. “Our move into a new, independent facility represents an important step forward for Fingerhut and provides us the space to support our aggressive growth plans,” says CEO Brian Smith.
