The recruitment consultancy reports that a vice president of outbound telemarketing for a consumer business with P/L, marketing, and operations responsibility pulled down an average salary of $107,500. The range extended from $94,700 to a high of $115,400. The same position at a business-to-business company averaged a slightly higher wage of $121,800.
A vice president of customer service with responsibility for setting the goals and direction of the customer service function had an average salary of $123,200. The low was $105,900; the high, $140,100.
The average salary for a training manager with responsibility for interviewing and hiring as well as employee training was $69,000. The lowest reported salary was $64,200. The highest report salary was $76,400.
A scheduling and forecasting manager, whose duties include developing short and long-term forecasting, staffing, and capacity requirement to meet service levels, averaged $65,900 a year. The lowest salary was $59,600; the highest was $73,800.
