Inflight co-op cataloger SkyMall could be for sale again. At a shareholders meeting on Nov. 19, Jeff Shell, the new chief executive of SkyMall parent company Gemstar-TV Guide International, said that it would consider selling some peripheral assets, such as SkyMall, if a buyer emerged. Shell said that the company needed to focus on its ailing flagship magazine, “TV Guide,” and interactive programming services. The company bought SkyMall in spring 2001.
