Flow Expands Management Team With Key Executive Appointments

Former Executives from Deloitte, Gilt and The Aromatherapy Company to Further Develop Logistics, Client Management and Operations for Global Commerce Platform

Hoboken, NJ – November 1, 2017 – Flow, a pioneer of the next generation for cross-border commerce, today announced that it is expanding its management team with the appointments of former Gilt executive Kat Bitanga as Director of Logistics Operations, B2C e-commerce veteran Andrew Brown as Onboarding Director and former General Manager at The Aromatherapy Company Max Artz as Chief of Staff. As part of the expansion, the Company also announced its new corporate headquarters at 2 Hudson Place in Hoboken, NJ.

Mr. Brown, an industry veteran with years of experience leading international teams across a broad assortment of retail clients, joins Flow as Onboarding Director. He will lead Flow’s client on-boarding process. With more than ten years of experience in the B2C e-commerce industry at Deloitte Digital, he brings in-depth knowledge of the challenges retailers face and will focus on fast and simple on-boarding.

Ms. Bitanga, who most recently managed operations in New York City, Las Vegas and Tokyo for Gilt Groupe, joins Flow as the Director of Logistics Operations. She has more than twelve years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, distribution and warehousing. Ms. Bitanga has considerable expertise in scaling, start-ups, distribution center operations, multi-site management and shipping carriers. Her deep experience in logistics and fulfillment will be instrumental in continuously growing Flow’s broad global network.

Mr. Artz joins Flow as Chief of Staff. Prior to joining Flow, Mr. Artz served as General Manager for China for The Aromatherapy Company, managing in-country operations and being responsible for shipping products to countries around the world. He will use this experience at Flow to manage critical partnerships and special projects.

Flow’s recent growth has led to a 120% increase in employees since the beginning of the year and precipitated the need for a larger and more technologically advanced corporate headquarters. The Company’s new 10,000 square foot office at 2 Hudson Place in Hoboken, NJ. In addition, the new space is located atop a transit hub offering easy accessibility from trains, ferries and water taxis, has unobstructed views of Manhattan and provides its employees with high-tech communications capabilities.
