July 2, 2018 – The Jay Group, a Lancaster, PA based provider of 3PL services including fulfillment, contact center, contract packaging, ecommerce management and supply chain solutions, is excited to announce the promotion of Mike Berg to IT Director.
Since joining The Jay Group in 2017 as Manager of IT Strategic Innovation, Mike has applied his more than 23 years of experience in software development, operations and ecommerce fulfillment to the development of cutting edge, client focused solutions for The Jay Group including platform integrations and business intelligence (BI) systems. In addition to IT, Mike has extensive experience in supply chain management.
As the Director of IT, Mike leads a team of developers, engineers, project managers and analysts dedicated to exceeding client expectations and is responsible for developing strategic solutions for both the fulfillment and contact center divisions.
Prior to joining TJG, Mike was the Director of Planning and Analytics for C&S Wholesale Grocers in both York and Bethlehem, PA.
