July 2, 2018 – The Jay Group, a Lancaster, PA based provider of outsourced contact center and 3PL solutions including customer care, ecommerce fulfillment, and contract packaging services, is excited to welcome Phil Holt as Contact Center Director.
Phil brings extensive experience in customer service, project management, IT strategy, finance, and operations to The Jay Group. As Contact Center Director he will focus on aligning employees, technology and process improvement strategies to deliver exceptional customer service solutions for clients.
Prior to joining The Jay Group, Phil was a Senior Vice President at Donnelly Financial.
