Mad Mobile launched “Hello Customer” at NRF 2018 in New York City, a feature within the Concierge clienteling solution that alerts store associates when a customer has entered the store location. Concierge is used in the retail locations of apparel retailers that include Talbot’s, VF Corporation, Books-A-Million and Helzberg Diamonds.
Hello Customer identifies a customer as they enter a store via a beacon that detects their mobile number. The customer and a store associate are immediately sent text messages, and the store associate is alerted with the customer’s full profile. Using the Concierge application, associates receive a customer’s purchasing history and preferences right at their fingertips, to quickly access available inventory and provide immediate style and delivery options. In addition, Hello Customer’s unique “In-Store Cookie” updates the customer’s profile with products they considered within the store.
