Entering the 2012 MCM Awards? Not sure what you need to submit to the Multichannel Merchant staff? Your entry should be a case study (PDF preferred) that documents what steps you took to make your campaign cross-channel. It does not need to include revenues generated as a result of the campaign, but should let the MCM Awards judges know what the goal of the campaign was, and how multiple channels were used in conjunction to reach that goal.Here’s a sample entry created by the Multichannel Merchant staff that can help you understand what we’re looking for.
