Staples Europe announced the launch of its new websites in both Germany and Netherlands. The newer websites are offering consumers a fresher look and feel and many new features to improve the overall multichannel shopping experience, according to a press release.
Quill.com, named Sergio Pereira as president. Pereira replaces Mike Patriarca, who was named senior vice-president, global transformation for parent company Staples, Inc.
Staples saw a decrease of 2% reaching $2.4 million in overall sales for North American stores, while online sales grew 3%, according to a press release.
