Urban Outfitters, which announced in September it planned to bring its Anthropologie brand to the U.K., has selected two sites. The apparel and home goods cataloger/retailer on Jan 28 revealed the locations for its first stores in London.
The first store, a three-floor, 11,000-sq.-ft. space on Regent St. in London’s West End, is scheduled to open later this year. The other store will occupy 8,000 sq. ft. in the Antiquarius building on King’s Road. Both shops will sell the company’s women’s fashion, accessories and home decor items.
In addition to the Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters retail brands, the Philadelphia-based company also includes two wholesale concepts, Free People and the newly launched Leifsdottir.
