Keynote presentations from supply chain executives at REI and Neiman Marcus will headline Ecommerce Operations Summit 2020, which will be held April 14-16 at the Marriott Orlando World Center.
The show will be packed with great sessions and thought leaders across a range of key topics and disciplines, all designed to equip you to make your operations more efficient and effective. The agenda and confirmed speakers to date are now live.
New to the event in 2020 are mini-tracks covering the e-grocery and fulfillment/operations robotics sectors, two hot categories getting a lot of attention due to high demand and capital investments.
Keynote speakers will address trends and disruptions impacting the world of retail and ecommerce supply chain operations. Willis Weirich, SVP, Supply Chain and Operations for luxury retailer Neiman Marcus, will address how today’s omnichannel supply chains need to be much more flexible and adaptive to increasing customer demands.
Rick Bingle, Senior Vice President of Supply Chain for outdoor gear retailer REI, will discuss how to move the supply chain conversation at top levels of the organization from cost center to revenue and margin driver.
Once again, Ecommerce Operations Summit will feature highly informative, in-depth Master Class Workshops during our preconference day. There will be workshops covering all aspects of the customer experience; operations and fulfillment fundamentals; best practices in parcel negotiation strategies; and new for 2020, a soup-to-nuts discussion of trends in returns and reverse logistics.
In addition to all this, we’ll feature a variety of great networking and social events, taking full advantage of our location and venue.
So, mark your calendar now and make plans to join us next April in Orlando! Looking forward to seeing you there!
