After shutting its doors last week, bankrupt retailer The Bon-Ton Stores is reopening as a new owner has come forward to purchase the company.

USA Today reported a subsidiary of tech company CSC Generation Holdings said it had signed a deal giving it the rights to Bon-Ton and its associated banners Boston Store, Bergner’s, Carson’s, Elder Beerman, Herberger’s and Younker’s.

The new incarnation of Bon-Ton will emphasize its online shopping experience. The company also plans to reopen stores in Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. With a focus on ecommerce, the physical stores will be reimagined with personal styling services and extended hours to be more competitive in the age of Amazon.

In February Bon-Ton announced the closure of 42 stores as part of its “store rationalization program.”
