Bean was recently honored at Multichannel Merchant’s Operations Summit 2015 in Louisville, KY with the top award for Excellence in Brand Communication, part of the first annual Excellence in Customer Experience Awards. The awards, sponsored by Innotrac, used analysis of Innotrac’s SmartHub data to identify retailers that are leaders and innovators in their respective customer service categories.
