It’s coming down to the wire for our Ecommerce Operations Summit 2020 call for speakers, which closes next Friday, Aug. 16.
Our 9th annual event will be held April 14-16, 2020 at the Marriott Orlando World Center in Orlando, FL – a nice change of venue, don’t you think? We’ll once again cover a wide range of topics designed to help you increase effectiveness, efficiency and profitability in direct-to-customer and ecommerce operations and fulfillment.
If you’re interested in elevating the conversation in the industry, then send a brief abstract on what your session will cover, including a list of 4 audience takeaways. You can find the submission form by clicking here.
The types of sessions we’re looking for include:
- Case studies highlighting challenges, solutions and best practices
- Panel discussions addressing key trends or issues
- Solo or duo presentations loaded with actionable info
- Keynote presentations by top retail and ecommerce executives
Tracks at Ecommerce Operations Summit will cover warehouse and fulfillment; customer experience and customer care; shipping and logistics; and omnichannel operations. New “mini-track” categories for 2020 include e-grocery, subscription commerce and robotics.
Speakers selected to participate will receive complimentary full access to the event. As a speaker, you will be included in show promotions through MultichannelMerchant.com, weekly e-letters, social media campaigns and podcasts.
All submissions will be considered by the Multichannel Merchant editorial team. Note: the inclusion of a merchant practitioner is a critical element that adds tremendous value to your session.
Thanks for taking part and we’ll see you next year in sunny Orlando!
